Vintage DOD PDS 1002 Two Second Digital Delay Guitar Pedal with Original Box for Parts or Repair

Up for sale is a vintage DOD PDS 1002 Two Second Digital Delay guitar pedal. We just tested this one here in our shop, and it doesn’t work. The input and output knobs are scratchy and when the effect button is depressed, nothing happens. We opened it up and don’t see anything amiss, but there is definitely something going with it that’s causing it not to work. It is really to bad, because this one is in REALLY good cosmetic condition. It even comes with its original box. We are selling this one, AS IS, for parts or repair.
